The highly regarded Nash Group was ready to kick up their Web presence and social media. The health care consultants needed to keep their image professional, yet explain to prospective clients that they are there to help with a sticky problem. (It's not easy to get nursing vice presidents agreeing with hospital financial vice presidents when money is tight, but Nash knows what it’s doing.) We wanted to make sure their key deliverables were clear, to increase their contact with clients, and to be able to measure their digital touches with prospects.
